When deep, day-limiting pain hits in your back, it’s easy to consider the whole week a write-off. The pain threatens your entire routine, your plans and every single twitch, tinge and tense feeling reminds you of its presence – so what’s the solution?
As counter-intuitive as it might sound, a lot of back pains, recurring or irregular, can be targeted through your workout routine to ensure the correct movements occur throughout the whole muscle group. Over time as part of our tailored workout routines, we engage the back with frequent and specific exercises that improve mobility. If we’re working with a delicate injury or repeating pain, we’ll identify where, and how it occurs; and ensure we avoid connective tissue tearing or any straining that will lead to further injury down the road.
