With only 20-minutes needed for Vive EMS sessions, you can find time in your routine to fit around office life – whether it’s before work, during a break or at the end of your day. Giving you the ability to use your time productively and efficiently now you’re back at work. We do all we can to offer a smooth experience each time – a quick change of clothes, your 20 minute workout, then your ready for the day ahead (or relaxing back home!). Our studio offers an all-inclusive experience so you can come for your session with all your gear provided, shower and clean-up in our beautiful facilities.

With working arrangements having changed; from different working schedules in the offices to part flexi-time and working from home, we offer memberships that allow you to have the required flexibility.
