Do I need to be fit to start Personal Training?
No fitness level is required. Our trainers work with complete beginners through to advanced athletes, adapting everything to your current ability.
How often should I train?
Most clients see excellent results with 2-3 sessions weekly, but your trainer will recommend frequency based on your goals and schedule.
What can I expect in my first session?
A consultation covering your goals, health history and lifestyle, followed by fitness assessments and your first personalised workout.
Will the training be very intense?
Intensity is always appropriate to your fitness level. We progress gradually to ensure you’re challenged but not overwhelmed.
Can you work around injuries?
Yes, our trainers are skilled at modifying exercises to work safely around injuries whilst still achieving your goals.
How quickly will I see results?
Many clients notice increased energy and strength within 2-3 weeks, with visible body composition changes typically apparent after 6-8 weeks.
What if I’ve never used gym equipment?
Perfect – we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Many of our most successful clients started as complete beginners.
