Can I use the £35 offer multiple times for different services?
The introductory offer is available once per person. However, you can choose any service for your trial session. If you want to experience multiple services, the £99 starter pack allows you to split sessions between different training types.
How long is the £99 starter pack valid?
Your three sessions can be scheduled flexibly over four weeks, giving you time to experience consistent training whilst accommodating your schedule.
Do I need to commit to a membership afterwards?
Absolutely not. Both offers provide genuine trial experiences with no obligation. We will discuss continued training options only if you want to progress further.
Can I book different trainers for my starter pack sessions?
We recommend staying with the same specialist across your three sessions to ensure progressive programming. However, if you want to experience different training styles or combine services, we can arrange that.
