Fraser Smith

Founder & COO

Fraser has 20 years in the fitness industry – as a trainer, nutritionist, mentor, manager & studio owner.

He has experience training athletes at the elite level, having worked in the Permier League and International Football, and trained World Champion Athletes.

He is highly qualified, with a MSc Human Nutrition and a BSc (Hns) Sport & Exercise Science, a Certified Level 2 EMS Trainer, and a Level 4 Lower Back Pain Management Specialist.

Jazmine leads the way for our team of trainers and sets the vibe for Vive. Jazmine is a multilingual Personal Trainer, EMS & Yoga Instructor with over 7 years teaching experience and over 15 years of performing as a professional singer.

Nuno is a former professional dancer, appearing in International and West End shows and the London 2012 Olympics. When injury ended his dancing career, Nuno retrained as a Reformer Pilates instructor. Nuno has over 10 years experience as a Reformer Pilates instructor working with all age groups. Nuno’s members appreciate his friendly, warm style and his strong focus on client satisfaction, motivation and progress.
